Whereas: Planned Parenthood is doing everything it can to make sure American taxpayers continue to fund abortions; and
Whereas: Several states are considering legislation to strip Planned Parenthood of taxpayer funding; and
Whereas: Your state of Indiana has just passed a law protecting Hoosier citizens from being forced to pay for abortions by stopping taxpayer funding for Planned Parenthood; and
Whereas: The Obama Administration is seeking to stop all efforts to defund Planned Parenthood by derailing implementation of this Indiana law;
