Need you guys to help. An atheist organization, FFRF, Freedom From Religion Foundation, has threatened the local school board with a lawsuit if they continue to allow a 30 second prayer for safety of players prior to high school football games. This is taking place in DeSoto County, Mississippi. This Sunday, Sept. 4, at 4:00 PM there is a rally scheduled called DeSoto County, Take A Knee. This is a pro-prayer rally. No one is forcing their beliefs on anyone else like this group is insinuating. Please publicise this event and pray for its success. Your community may be next!

People from all over will gather together on the Hernando, MS Courthouse Lawn to Pray and hear speakers from across DeSoto County who are passionate about God, Prayer in Our Schools, and Our GREAT County! We pray all our elected officials will be a part of this Historic event and "take a knee" for DeSoto County. This page was not set-up to debate, lets try to stay away from that.
