Sign Petition - Uurge Senators to Support the Job Protection Act (S. 964)

From Mark Mix::    Dear Concerned American:

The Obama bureaucracy is out of control, and I need your help to stop it.

In April, the Acting General Counsel of the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) issued a

complaint against Boeing for creating over 1,000 jobs in Right to Work South Carolina rather
than forced-unionism Washington state.

Job providers like Boeing could be forced to close up shop at the whim of union bosses, who

only care about job growth if it pads their coffers with forced union dues!

Our still-struggling economy can't afford another Obama assault of this magnitude.

Not only that, it's plain wrong to tell a business where it can and cannot create jobs in the

United States.

That's why 37 Republican Senators have cosponsored the Job Protection Act (S. 964)

-- and why I need your help right away.

Please, sign the petition below.

Your fax petition will be used to encourage the 37 cosponsors to push for passage even

when the union bosses howl in protest and put the remaining Senators on notice that there's
a tidal wave of support for the Job Protection Act.

Sincerely,

Mark Mix

Citizen’s Petition to My U.S. Senators

Whereas:   The Big Labor-dominated National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has been using precious tax dollars to force even more workers and employers into Big Labor's iron grip; and
Whereas:   Instead of ending this madness, Congress recently restored funding to the NLRB to the tune of more than $230 million dollars; and
Whereas:   Over the years, the NLRB has repeatedly ruled against workers who have tried to exercise their legal rights and preserve even the most basic employee protections; and
Whereas:   Big Labor's lackeys at the NLRB have gone a step further and are now demanding companies in Right to Work states, like Boeing in South Carolina, stop production simply because the workers can't be forced to pay dues to a union; and
Whereas:   Right to Work laws spur job growth and innovation which our fragile economy desperately needs; and
Whereas:   You and I cannot allow President Obama's NLRB to prevent companies from opening plants or hiring workers in Right to Work states or dictate where companies may do business and where employees may choose to work;
Therefore: I urge you to pass the Job Protection Act and forbid the rogue NLRB to prosecute Boeing or any other company for creating jobs in Right to Work states.
