Oklahoma Action: Personhood Bill — CALL PUBLIC HEALTH COMMITTEE MEMBERS

AS INTRODUCED
An Act relating to public health and safety; defining term; providing that all persons are created free and have inalienable rights; providing for codification; and providing an effective date.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF OKLAHOMA: SECTION 1.     NEW LAW     A new section of law to be codified in the Oklahoma Statutes as Section 1-726 of Title 63, unless there is created a duplication in numbering, reads as follows: A.  As used in this section only, “person” means a human being at all stages of human development of life, including the state of fertilization or conception, regardless of age, health, level of functioning, or condition of dependency. B.  All persons are created free and have inalienable rights. SECTION 2.  This act shall become effective November 1, 2011. 53-1-6491    AM    01/19/11
